One of those days!

Ok, so I'm having one of those "I am ready to move back to the States" days. And when I do, I'm buying the biggest washer and dryer that I can. I went to the laundry place today because I knew the weekend would be busy and I'd be forever doing laundry again if I didn't. So I was there for exactly an hour and a half and had washed, dried and folded four loads of laundry. That may not seem like such a big deal to you, but had I tried to do that at home it would have equaled 12+ loads of laundry at over an hour per load. Now do you understand?

Next, I'm expecting four boxes to come. Three from Lands' End and one from my parents. Well the one from my parents came, but I'm still waiting on the three from Lands' End. Next Christmas I will be able to shop at all the stores and not have to order online. I sure hope my sister-in-laws and mother-in-law are ready. Apparently there are some 600 packages still on the truck that our post office can't unload because they need people to pick up the packages that are already on the shelves waiting to be picked up. They normally close at 5:30 but are staying open until 10 pm this week just so that people will come get their packages. Oh I can't wait for my mail to come to my door!!!!! And, yes I think I need another cup of tea!

The boys had a band concert the other night. I took some pictures of the kids and of us as a family. We don't often see Caleb in a tie (he gets that from his dad), so I figured we'd better seize the moment. I will try to find my camera and get them posted. I'll also try and find one of the Hometown Greetings that we sent out to friends and family (Crystal, you should share your story on your blog).

Got to go for now! Tschuss!
